It occurs to me that this is the time of year when typically a lot of "milestones" in life take place like high school prom, graduation, and the beginning of "wedding season".
That got me thinking of this sweet, thought-provoking song by Steven Curtis Chapman called Cinderella.
That got me thinking of this sweet, thought-provoking song by Steven Curtis Chapman called Cinderella.
Like the incredibly popular song Butterfly Kisses (by Bob Carlisle) it chronicles the stages of a little girl's life and how quickly they can slip by when we're not paying attention.
So, whether your little one is still in the princess dresses-and-tea parties stage, or just "discovering" boys and prom, or...planning a wedding, there is a message for all of us: soon the clock will strike midnight and all of this will be done and just a memory.
Enjoy each and every aspect of the minutia of the days -- keeping in mind that really, THESE are the "good old days" -- right now...
