BE STILL MY HEART...

Photo courtesy of Paris Hotel Boutique

AND THE FEED-SACK STYLE JUST KEEPS ON COMING....

This chair can be found at the uber-fab
"Paris Hotel Boutique" and if you have an extra $825.00 and about $300 for shipping, well...go for it!

Wonder what the hubs would think? Okay, no I don't. I already know... :)

Funny thing is, we have a chair that looks almost just like that (its been recovered twice by us since we got it from hubby's grandparents) and our media room adjacent to my office looks a lot like the room in the picture -- right down to the white leather couch and the cowhide rug -- so I'm thinking we just "NEED" that chair, don't we??

Not thinkin' this "logic" is going to work. And besides, I guess we do need many other things around the house than yet another chair. Another fabulous, awesome, drop-dead-gorgeous, so-chic-I-can't-even-tell-you chair...

Well, perhaps one of you out there will score this beauty in all its French beauty....

Have a great day!

  1. Hi Ruth ~ Love the chair too…and that rug! I have a favorite chair here at home covered with red velvet that has a down cushion that was given to me by my mother ~ only because I threw a tantrum (and my body over it) when she announced she wanted to recover it with another fabric! ;-)
I was mortified! I will have to do a photo shoot of it and share with everyone. Thanks for stopping by! Have a great evening!

  5. Funny, because
    1) I don't have that money to blow on a chair....would rather spend it on veggies and flowers for the garden
    2) Here I thought that burlap was OUT of style....

All I know is that I REALLY like that look, and am constantly shopping the resale shops to get a chair to recover like that!!
with a big Na-Da Farm and logo of a chicken on it.............

  10. I have a serious chair thing. I can't get enough of them - and burlap? I mean, who was the genius that decided we would all love that.
It makes you want to grab a staple gun and go crazy.

  12. Hi Andrea!

I adore having cowhide rugs -- I NEVER imagined I would, but they are fabulous and totally low maintenance! I have even gotten signed up to be able to sell them in the store, but I never have - yet.

Great to hear from you! :)
